DHL Supply Chain is in the field of contract logistics in the Americas and is part of the Deutsche Post DHL Group. The report shows that 70% of B2C companies and 60% of B2B companies are still striving to fully implement their strategies, although 70% of respondents rate e-commerce as "very important" or "extremely important" to their business in terms of quantity and revenue.
This article, titled "E-commerce Supply Chain: Overcoming Growth Pains," also reveals the main obstacles to implementing a comprehensive strategy, including constantly changing customer expectations, delivery speed, and limitations of existing infrastructure.

The constantly changing demand for e-commerce also means that over 50% of enterprises will make significant changes to their strategies in the next 3-5 years.
