FedEx Corp.（纽约证交所代码：FDX）旗下附属公司兼全球规模的速递运输公司之一联邦快递宣布，在9月11日至9月19日期间在全国开展公司大型公益活动——年度“联邦快递关爱周”。今年也是“联邦快递关爱周”在国内开展的第三年，联邦快递员工贡献出自己的时间和才智，回报他们生活和工作所在的社区，公司也为员工们发起的各种志愿活动提供鼎力支持。
联邦快递亚太区总裁简力行表示：“联邦快递始终倡导用实际行动回馈我们所在的社区。我们的员工志愿者们通过义务服务，体现联邦快递以一种负责任的态度和睿智的方式将世界紧密相连，并通过他们一点一滴的努力改善着社区的环境，对此我深感自豪。”
在联邦快递其它11个亚太区市场上，员工志愿者人数也已逾500人，今天有330多名来自联邦快递中国区的员工志愿者加入这一行列，参加在国内13个城市里开展的19个社区公益项目。在为期一周的活动中，联邦快递中国员工志愿者会投身在各种公益活动中，包括照顾孤寡老人；带领有残疾的儿童郊游；陪孩子们做游戏；捐赠衣物；清理和修缮学校、公园和社区活动中心等。

FedEx Corp. (New York Stock Exchange: FDX), a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. and one of the world's largest express delivery companies, announced that it will hold its annual "FedEx Care Week" nationwide from September 11 to September 19. This year is also the third year of the "FedEx Care Week" in China. FedEx employees have contributed their time and talents, giving back to the communities where they live and work. The company also provides strong support for various volunteer activities initiated by employees.
FedEx Asia Pacific President Jian Lixing said, "FedEx always advocates giving back to our community through practical actions. Our employee volunteers demonstrate FedEx's responsible attitude and wise way of connecting the world through voluntary service, and through their little by little efforts, they are improving the community environment. I am deeply proud of this."
In 11 other markets of FedEx in the Asia Pacific region, the number of employee volunteers has also exceeded 500. Today, more than 330 employee volunteers from FedEx China have joined this ranks and participated in 19 community public welfare projects carried out in 13 cities in China. During the one week event, FedEx China employee volunteers will participate in various public welfare activities, including taking care of the elderly who are alone; Leading children with disabilities on outings; Playing games with children; Donate clothing; Clean up and repair schools, parks, and community activity centers.
FedEx China President Chen Jialiang said, "The enthusiasm of our employee volunteers is truly reflected in their volunteer service and community dedication."
Lou Gang, Senior Security Commissioner of FedEx and also the captain of the Beijing project team for FedEx Care Week, said, "I am delighted to be the leader of the volunteer team. As a team, our volunteers have brought positive changes to a center for children with cerebral palsy through practical actions."
The FedEx Care Week event was launched in the United States in 2005 and will take place simultaneously in the United States, Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean from September 17th to September 25th this year.
