FedEx, a subsidiary of the Federal Express Group (New York Stock Exchange: FDX) and one of the world's largest express transportation companies, announced the successful conclusion of the 2021 FedEx/Youth Achievement International Trade Challenge China finals, jointly initiated by FedEx and Junior Achievement. On June 26th, 12 teams (a total of 24 people) stood out from over 100 students nationwide and conducted an all English business plan exhibition online. In the end, 3 teams (a total of 6 students) advanced to the Asia Pacific finals with stunning performances.
The FedEx/Youth Achievement International Trade Challenge aims to cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit, business application skills, and English practical skills of high school students (general/vocational high school). Since its launch in 2007, it has been successfully held for 14 sessions, benefiting over 28000 students in the Asia Pacific region through a series of activities and competitions. This year is the fifth year that the competition has entered.
The title of this year's China regional competition is: Developing a market access strategy for a physical fashion product, with the target market being Pakistan. In May, after participating in an international trade workshop, 130 high school students from all over the country formed teams in pairs and developed corresponding business plans based on the competition After rigorous evaluation by an expert review team composed of management from multinational corporations, 12 teams have been nominated for the China finals.
